Within the framework of the “International Training Month,” Nakhchivan State University hosted a training session on “Modern University Management: Strategic Planning and Key Performance Indicators” delivered by Associate Professor Ali Özgür Karagülle from Istanbul University. The training extensively covered key topics such as strategic planning, collaboration, the definition of career goals, digital transformation, and the use of new mechanisms to support students’ future employment. The importance of establishing continuous and effective relations with alumni was also emphasized, along with discussions on strengthening their integration into the labor market. In this context, the contribution of Nakhchivan State University to the national economy was particularly highlighted. Held in an interactive format, the session included detailed answers to participants’ questions. Practical recommendations were provided to academic staff on the application of modern and innovative teaching methods, and views were exchanged on improving the effectiveness of the teaching process.
