As part of professional development training for the academic and administrative staff of Nakhchivan State University, a training session on “Writing International Grant Projects and Project Management” was conducted by Professor Erkan Kılınç from Istanbul University–Cerrahpaşa. The training provided detailed information on the requirements of international grant programs, the stages of project preparation, effective planning, and project management mechanisms. It was emphasized that the success of a project largely depends on the proper formulation of the idea, the clear definition of goals and objectives, accurate planning, consideration of risks, and the well-justified preparation of the project budget. Methods of project writing were explained through practical examples. At the end of the session, the trainer answered participants’ questions.
