Within the scope of the training, key mistakes made during presentation preparation and important ways to address them were highlighted. At the same time, the functions and purposes of AI and digital platforms such as App.gptzero.me, sci.space, NotebookLM, gimp.org, and kahoot.it were explained, along with detailed guidance on how to use these tools effectively. In addition, a mini-quiz was organized by the trainer to enhance understanding of the topic. Participants joined the quiz via QR code, answered questions, and had the opportunity to both test their knowledge and gain a deeper understanding of the presented information. It should be noted that the training was of significant importance in developing effective presentation skills among participants and enhancing knowledge and experience in the field of academic communication. Another training session was held at the Faculty of Architecture and Engineering of Nakhchivan State University within the framework of the “International Training Month.” The training was conducted by Professor Derya Güleç Özer from Istanbul Technical University and was intended for the university’s academic and administrative staff. The event on “Effective Academic Presentation and Communication” continued in an interactive format, with participants’ questions answered.
