At the Innovation Center of Nakhchivan State University, a training session on “Information Security and Cyber Hygiene Principles” was organized by representatives of Codelandia. The main purpose of the training was to introduce students to the nature of modern cyber threats and methods of combating them. Trainer Togrul Khalilov provided participants with detailed information on the key concepts of information security, the protection of personal and corporate data, and the development of cyber hygiene habits. Subsequently, Rustam Ismayilov delivered a presentation on “OSINT Approach in Cyber Intelligence: Threat Analysis and Early Detection of Risks.” The presentation discussed how information obtained from open sources is analyzed, as well as methods for timely identification and prevention of potential risks. The training continued in an interactive format, where students’ questions were answered and analyses were conducted based on real-life examples. In the simulation phase of the training, participants were also given a practical demonstration of the presentation components. It should be noted that this training was implemented within the framework of the cooperation memorandum signed in April 2025 between Nakhchivan State University and Codelandia. The memorandum provides for cooperation in education, exchange of experience, scientific-practical activities, and support for the training of qualified professionals.
